Reflections on Our Recent Leadership Discovery Symposium

The Transformation Collaborative™ recently held our Fall, 2025 Leadership Discovery event at the beautiful Garden of the Gods resort in Colorado Springs. It was an opportunity for a small group of people to explore their beliefs about leadership and think truly differently about how they can impact their organizations and the people in them.

Based on the participants who have submitted program evaluations so far, on a scale of 1 to 5, every person rated the conference as a 4 or 5 in terms of being a good use of there time and the content being accessible and usable. A typical comment was, “[I experienced] a lot of inward thinking about my own leadership style, how leadership has changed, and best practices for modern leadership.”

For me personally as a facilitator, the powerful human connection in a psychologically safe, supportive environment was extremely productive and rewarding. The focus on people, values, and discovery is unfortunately rare and sets this experience apart from other “leadership” activities.
